Ignoring the agreement on cessation of hostilities from 12 p.m. today, the Azerbaijani subdivisions launched an attack at 12.05 p.m. in the direction of Karakhambeily, Armenia’s MOD representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan reports.
Artsakh Defense Army subdivisions are undertaking corresponding measures to prevent the enemy’s assault.
