At the same time the Azerbaijani armed forces are firing at Hadrut, MOD spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan reports.
“Azerbaijan’s DM statement that the Armenian side fires in directions of Tartar and Aghdam is another false information,” she said.
It has been reported earlier that Artsakh Defense Army subdivisions were instructed to cease the fire in accordance with the agreement reached in Moscow on cessation of hostilities at 12 p.m.
