Armenia’s Foreign Affairs Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan said Armenia is the only guarantor of Artsakh’s security, stressing that Azerbaijan is not discriminating between militaries and civilian population.

Besides the Artsakh issue, the two ministers also discussed issues on Armenian-Russian bilateral cooperation.
