Casualties are reported as a result of military actions unleashed by Azerbaijan.
Two people – a woman and a child – were killed in Martuni, another two people were injured, Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan reports.
Information about casualties is being clarified from other settlements as well.
Schools including in Stepanakert too were shelled.
Massive damages have been caused to civilian infrastructures in a number of settlements.
